On 23rd august 2002, Wilson forgets his twenty-nine wedding anniversary. After this he realizes that, in spite of his love for Jane, his lovely wife, has increased with the passing of years, she seems to have forgotten any romantic feeling towards her husband.

Customer Rating: Summary: Beautiful , Touching Story Comment: I thought when I read "The Notebook", I had read the most beautiful and touching story ever, but this one tops it! You will not be able to put it down, and by all means get plenty of tissues ready. A huge thank you to Nicholas Sparks for this wonderful story. This is a book I will read over and over again.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good! Comment: If you enjoyed this book, you will also like: Tuesdays with Morrie: An Old Man, a Young Man, and Life's Greatest Lesson.
It has a similar "lesson" to it.
Enjoy your readings!
Customer Rating: Summary: Way too gooey, sappy, lovesick romantic for my tastes Comment: I could not get into this book... around page 85 I started speed reading. This book is so overly sentimental. Admittedly I am not a big romantic type so this book may appeal to some, but it definitely wasn't for me.
Customer Rating: Summary: Wonderful story for married folks with some years in the marriage Comment: Wonderful book. I really enjoyed the way it set up the characters and the surprise at the end of the story. Because it is the next generation from Allie and Noah's marriage (the Notebook) it brings in all the good feelings you have from that story to start this one. Anyone married for awhile with the empty nest should read this story. It is heart-felt. I loved it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Sweet, but dull Comment: This story was only slightly entertaining. It was nice to read about familiar characters, but it has the feel of a silly, cheesy soap opera. It's not very well written, either. Very predictable. I felt like I was reading an outline to a movie script.
