4. Fresh Vegetables: Not only fresh vegetables but also fresh vegetable juices can be consumed. You can make a combination of vegetables and juice them.
5. Fresh Black Pepper: An herb known for aiding in the digestion process.
6. Garlic Effect: Chewing 2 to 3 leaves of garlic cloves also improves digestion and will keep the acid level in check.
7. Ginger: Ginger should be consumed in small quantities and can be used in many recipes as well as in tea. This is another way to improve your digestion.
8. Jeshthamadh: This is a sweet tasting spice that can be added to tea to be used as a natural anti acid.
Whit so many acid reflux home remedies available I couldn't possibly list them all here but I think you get the idea that there are things you can do to take control of your acid reflux treatment.
